What Is Included

Accommodations are with either a private or shared bath, and queen or twin beds.  Your stay includes:

• A continental breakfast featuring tea or coffee, cereal, fresh fruit, and home-baked goods.  Whether your plans call for an early morning departure or the chance to sleep in, we can accommodate your breakfast schedule.

• Free Wifi throughout the guest house.

• Laundry facilities.

• Luggage storage.

2013 Rates (June 2, 2013 - September 9, 2013)

Room with Private Bath         $225 plus 12% Anchorage bed tax

Room with Shared Bath         $185 plus 12% Anchorage bed tax

   (Add $50/person over two in a room)

Rates based on double occupancy; no single reduction.  Prices subject to change without notice.

Deposit          $50 per room per night

Balance          Due 60 days prior to arrival

Cancellation Policy

More than 60 days prior to arrival          $50 cancellation fee

Between 60 and 16 days of arrival          Forfeiture of deposit

Within 15 days of arrival                        Forfeiture of full payment
