A piece of our past is brought to life in the charm of our Guest House. Each of our rooms embodies the elegance and quality of handcraftsmanship.

They are named and modeled after the Arts & Crafts tradition and the work of influential artists of that time.

Your room at Parkside Guest House will have a private bath and offers privacy and access to a spacious and lovely living room.

A continental breakfast featuring tea or coffee, cereal, fresh fruit, and home-baked goods. Whether your plans call for an early morning departure or the chance to sleep in, we can accommodate your breakfast schedule.

$315/room plus 12% Anchorage bed tax (Add $100/person over two in a room)

Between 60 and 15 days of arrival $50 cancellation fee/room/night

Within 14 days of arrival Forfeiture of full payment

Arrival after 4:00 p.m. Earlier luggage drop-offs can be made by special arrangement.

Checkout by 11:00 a.m.
