Enjoy great views of the Susitna River, the Alaska Range, and Cook Inlet. Large open seating area in the Saloon, so parties of two to four can usually get a seat without reservations. Select from the same menu in the bar and dining room.

Fresh seasonal seafood creatively prepared or signature grilled features. Daily “First Seating” discounted menu from 4:30-5:30PM.

Snow City Cafe ($)

Breakfast and lunch

Fresh ingredients obtained locally when available. Vegan, gluten-free, and healthy choice options, as well as a variety of eggs benedicts, omelets, soups, sandwiches, and weekly specials. There is espresso, smoothies, and teas. Almost always a 20-minute or longer wait, but reservations can be made online.

F Street Station ($$)

Small bar with limited seating. Favorites include the Fstreet onion soup and grilled Alaskan seafood on romaine salad. Also highlights Alaskan oysters, clams, beer battered halibut, and shrimp. Be sure to try the Fstreet calamari served with Jalapeno mayonnaise and lemon. Full bar.

Pacific Rim and some Asian flare. Begin with the chicken and lettuce hand wraps, spicy ahi tuna tower, and Alaskan oysters. Continue with a strawberry chili salad, banana lemon grass soup, or soup of the day. Main dish options include the Alaskan baked sea scallops “mac & cheese”, mee krob, or fresh Alaskan salmon. Finish with green tea crème brulee. Select your dinner beverage from a full bar menu including wine, local microbrews, and sake.

A classic local bar. Features fresh beef that is aged and hand cut to offer amazing steaks and burgers. Sandwich meats are smoked, roasted, and cut in-house for lunch options. Fresh Alaskan seafood, including halibut and king crab, is also a popular menu item. House-made desserts will tempt you at the end of your meal. Full bar.

Glacier Brewhouse ($$)

Microbrewery with bistro-style cuisine. Known for fresh Alaskan seafood, alder wood-fired rotisserie roasted meats, and pizza. Handcrafted ales.

Wines selected from the global market are paired with your dinner choices.  Fresh Alaskan seafood and other Alaskan sourced ingredients are used in dinner specials updated each Monday and are available for the week based on availability. Look for sandwiches, salads and soup choices at lunch. A variety of craft beers available. Try wines and purchase in shop.
